Workplace Wellness Warriors

A support group for those working in a toxic workplace environment.

Join our 50-minute support group designed to provide a safe and understanding space for individuals dealing with toxic work environments. Sessions aim to offer practical strategies for managing stress, improving mental well-being, and fostering resilience. We will share experiences, discuss coping mechanisms, and explore ways to assertively address toxicity in the workplace. Together, we will build a supportive community to help you thrive despite challenging circumstances.

Al Anon

Al‑Anon is a mutual support program for people whose lives have been affected by someone else’s drinking. By sharing common experiences and applying the Al-Anon principles, families and friends of alcoholics can bring positive changes to their individual situations, whether or not the alcoholic admits the existence of a drinking problem or seeks help. Thursdays @ 12pm EST

Queer Circle of Practice

A weekly Affinity Meditation Group practice session for LGBTQIAP2S+ people.

Please note that these sessions are only for those who claim these identities themselves and not for those who identify as “allies” of those with the identities.

This global circle practices together online weekly on Thursdays at 9:00 AM EST. No experience with mindfulness or meditation is required to attend. This is a free offering and you’re welcome to attend anonymously.
